Oh man are you lucky! My Maggie won't touch any vegetable. The best we can do is lettuce with ranch dressing and lettuce doesn't have any nutritional value! Luckily she will eat some fruit and she gets a daily vitamin. She LOVES milk too!
Glad Maggie likes her broccoli :) Her hair is getting SO long too. I love it!
I have two dd's who don't like veggies much either (I don't like veggies myself at all). Around Halloween we were getting creative with our food--we would make a bowl of oatmeal and call it Witches Brew. We would add dirt (cinnamon), bugs (raisins), blood (red gel frosting) and mouse poop (chocolate sprinkles). My girls kept asking me to "make up" what their other food was, too. One night we had raw carrots (goblin teeth) and broccoli (troll boogers). I hadn't put any broccoli on my younger daughter's plate yet and she was singing and dancing around the table, "I don't have any broccoli, yeah, yeah". As soon as I put some on her plate, she said, "Yuck. I don't like broccoli." I told her it wasn't broccoli, it was troll boogers. She says, "Oh, I LIKE troll boogers!" and proceeded to take a bite. ;) She soon found out she still doesn't like broccoli or troll boogers, but she did try it! :)
Go Maggie! Eat those veggies! For a cute book about eating your veggies, check out "Eat Your Peas!" by Kes Gray.
I;m agreeing with twisted branches... she look so unbelievably grownup in that pic! Adorable! My Sophie refuses all veggies except broccoli (but only occasionally). Drives me nuts.
Too cute! And -- we've got one who doesn't like veggies too much either. We have to bribe him. We got him to eat squash because he wanted to go fishing. Now, he wants to go hunting (he's only 5 and doesn't have a gun...so we're not rushing this one), so we told him he has to eat all his veggies. He ate broccoli last night. LOL! These kids just don't get it...lol.

Mine hate veggies too...You live near Dallas? I am just a hop, skip, and jump from the 'big' D myself. Happy Day!!
